Don't park your 166 uphill with a near empty tank
I have recently learned the hard way, that parking a 166 facing uphill with only quarter of a tank of fuel is a PITA. It will not restart. Thankfully, I could roll mine backwards onto some more level ground, and then it would restart again.
For the last couple of days since doing that, it would only subsequently restart if you press the accel to the floor before trying to start it. Again, another PITA. It runs beatifully once it is started though.
It seems to be back to normal now, just another of those things that they attribute to charachter.
Hope this helps someone else avoid the same issue,
ps: I also found out this morning that in a contest between a 166 and a pheasant, the car wins with the only casualty being the mesh grill..... wink
