Re: 156 key issue
i have been told by the former owner that the second key has never deactivated the code light. are the chips connected to anything or glued in, it seems to be glued on the non working key but not on the working one. is it a case of just pull it out of the case with tweezers and tape it to the barrell. i assumed the chip is connected to the blade. not sure if it makes any difference but they are red keys with one fob button.
i took both key to a key cutter, he tried to read the codes in a small machine. he could not read a code in the working key but he did find one from the non working. does anyone know if the working key can be cloned.
