need 156 strut brace advice

Hi all. I need some advice regarding fitting a front upper strut brace to my JTS. Theres some speculation that the 156 dosent really take some of the braces easily and theres some modification needed ie grinding, to get the bonnet to close properly.

Does anyone have any experience on this that they can share...maybe some pics and advice too on what braces fit best ect ect?

I was looking at an OMP job but would love to get some feed back before i go and spend cash on something that might..... or might not(!) just bolt on.

Any comments would be appriciated.

Re: need 156 strut brace advice

Got a sparco one from, fitted fine but had to unclip a ABS sensor plug on the right hand side.

this definitely made the handling better, turns in sharper when your really pushing it, not a massive difference but worth the £30 I paid
