GT Electric Window Probs

New to this forum (although a keen user of many a Ducati forum – but that’s a different story) so thanks in advance for any help offered.

Have had the usual problems with the windows over the period of warranty, not working then working, new regulator, soft resets etc etc.

Then about 4 days after the warranty expired the drivers one stopped again (fully down!), brought it into dealer – who charged me £60 – thanks Alfa! to tell me it was a loose wire going to the window ecu.

This worked for about 4 weeks then the window stopped again! As it was up at the time I left it.

Stripped the door at the weekend to check for other bad connections at the ecu – no joy although could get the window to go up by moving the connector block about on the connections!

Then tried the passenger ecu in the drivers side, again no joy and the passenger one stopped working when replaced!!

Ended up having to disconnect the ecu’s to get the windows to stay up (they went down every time the black connector was plugged in (door open mode).

Convinced its something to do with the ecu’s, anybody know if these can be re-programmed and do they need to be set up with the main body computer?

Sorry for the lengthy post!
