faults like this used to occur to my fellow stilo owners, and it was a dead battery.
what it is, when the car is going through its checks, if there isnt sufficient charge form the battery, it will miss things out, and mark them as fail, hence the warnings. mine failed everything, all the warnings you could think of, changed the battery and all was well, once they ecu picked up again.
remember its not just the ecu being powered, there are quite alot of little brains hooked up to the body computer and if there is not enough charge to send and recieve sufficient signals, the errors will come thick and fast.
i had, abs, asr, ebd, ecu, engine fault, low oil pressure, power steering (electric on the stilo) the lot
tell your garage to try a brand new battery and see what happens, could be as simple as that, and as its the cheapest option its a good start
