Yeah, but check out the 'fingers' on the pressure plate, did you compare it against the fingers on the standard one when you had them both out? The fingers are much heavier duty, they looked to be angled differently too. This should give increased clamping pressure, which is what you want. The release bearing and friction plate were both stock Valeo components though, so it wouldn't last any longer.. But then I only paid £130 which is what Alfa wanted for a stock JTD clutch anyway.
Well pricewise I paid £200 but I was using a 20% voucher Paypal sent me which made it £160 + P&P.
I did check the fingers which are also stamped Valeo, but I won't get the opportunity to compare until I change clutches. - Which won't be for a while as the clutch hasn't been slipping recently!
