This is for you and all ALfa-147 owners.
I have bought an ALfaRomeo-147-1.6-16T-SparkVeloce-Hatchback
3doors-BusinessPro inAugust 2008.
When I wanted to fill-up the petrol(benzine)tank for the first time
it was not possible because all the petrol sprayed back with force
and with much air.bubbles.
It is only possible to fill-up with very small amounts and this takes
much time,about 15 minutes for 15-20 litres.
Now 4 months later I have only driven about 600 Km because of this.
My autodealer has searched for the cause of this and they maintain
that this is so because the petrol(benzine)METER on the dashboard
is not good and does not give the real quantity of petrol in the tank.
But when I want to fill-up this meter gives normally the real amount
of litres in the tank.
The dealer has now ordered a complete new dashboard to repair this
defect.but personally I do not believe that the meter is the cause.
I can not understand how it is possible that AlfaRomeo-Italy can
deliver an automobile with such a defect.
Has anyone experience with this?
