my 156 has been seen to by kwich fit - aa - halfords - the works !!! with regards to tracking and allignment - every time it comes back pulling from one side to the other or the steering wheel is all crooked - have any of you had a proper 4 wheel alligment carried out by Alfa ?- if so is it worth the £70 - do they do a good job - will they be able to stop me feeling like I am ****ed when Im driving and more importatnly straighten my steering wheel ?!?!?!?!?!
Never had it done by Alfa( they don't do it), but a local tyre places advertises itself as a "4 wheel alignment" specialist which I used to try and sort my front tyres wearing too much on the outside edge. They fixed this for £50 and give me a colour print out with all my settings - They weren't even phased with the different settings required for 156s with the sports pack
Hello all.I had a steering wheel leaning to left and car pulling slightly to right.I went to get alignment and the fellow says you don't need it.They just rotated the tires and all was well in alfa world Now it is perfect. If your front tires are slightly worn this is a good first bet.

that might have been correct, but the bloke would never know unless he checked the car properly. Its been documented on many car forums that cars regularly leave the factory with buggered geometry,so laser alignment is well worth investing in.
