Hi had my Alfa a week and pop the radiator has blown ,got a new one but are there any tips to fitting Pleaseeeeeeee

Recommended procedure is to remove the front bumper - not difficult but fiddly - I'm sure there will be a "how-to" on here. Then removal of the rad is fairly straightforward, dropping off the support bracket and lowering the rad, tho you will have to undo the air-con rad from the water rad, and you may need the special pliers to remove the hose clips - or cut them off and replace with proper jubilee clips. Might also be worth getting some of the screws that fasten the cowling to the rad as well as they often shear on removal.

The rad "can" be removed through the top, but it is also fiddly - need to remove the fan cowling (from the engine side) and undo the aircon rad and the cowling from the front side - difficult with the bumper in place.

If your car is non-aircon (rare) its easier
