Yes, and if you want to change down to 3rd you may have to be just as precise. This is the exceedingly oft discussed gear linkage atop the gearbox. The combination of cables, sheaths, ball joints, pivots, springs and selector plates, over time, sieze up. Much of the time a lithium spray (white) or PTFE spray will significantly ease the movement. DO NOT USE WD40. For about 100 quid a garage will fit you a new selector plate and that will cure the problem. The part itself is about 20 quid.
Lusso, over Turismo, will tend to have also (as the std spec) alloy wheels, CD player, climate control, multifunction trip computer, cruise control.
