Re: air induction kit is it easy to fit??

Induction kits essentially make the engine breathe better. As for more power we are talking 5bhp at most and you will loose it elswhere in the rev range unless its mapped so no real gain. I have one on my 155 and I can assure you it does make it sound oh so good!!!! There is the issue that when you change to an induction kit it quite often upsets the MAF sensor making the car hunt, cough back and sometimes this will have to be repaced. Fitting is pretty easy but make sure you get a car specific one otherwise you will struggle to fit it. Def worth getting though just for the sound.

Induction Kit Catalogue

I run a jetex one on mine but K&N do one for the 156 too. Use my link above if ya like (Induction Kit Catalogue)

Re: air induction kit is it easy to fit??

Looking at the picture of the Jetex one, its sited in the current Airbox. Is this a good idea? ie using the current air inlet system, protecting it from water?

I need to replace my Air filter and the bolts are pretty seized. I may look into fitting a filter if I can't get the OEM filter back in.
