What is the norm when ordering a brand new 147 ?

Also how soon can your dealer confirm a more precise delivery date ?

Twice as long as half the time
Not very helpful but in reality you will only find out by asking. Took a week and a half in Australia but they only have 4 options other than Colour and 3 different seat types(no Colour choice )and sunroof(If you like UV burn. We want our ozone layer back that you Northerners "pinched" )

3 dr manual and Selespeed
5 dr manual and selespeed frown

147 1.9 JTD 16V

I orderd mine(1.9 jtd 16V) in november 2002.
The production started the 21th of December.
No production date yet, behind my order(as of today).
But then transport will take up another 2 or 3 weeks.

So far so good.

If you are lucky he might ring you when it turns up! 4 months factory build for my 156 - ordered June 2002, came end of October. I think 147's are (a bit) better...
