i don't have step-by-step pics, so i'll explain it.
*removing plastic triangular sail panel trims behind side mirrors
*remove plastic clip at the top rear corner of the trim (opposite end to the mirror); note: this clip was present on my GT, so i presume it is present on the 147
*screws along bottom edge, including where the red/clear door light is
*remove switch panels: driver's side includes a small Phillips screw BELOW the grab handle; passenger side is only clipped into position, so carefully lever it off; unplug the plugs
*from memory, there is access to an Allen key bolt once the switch panels are removed
*plastic trims around inside chrome door handle: remove small plastic cover using small screwdriver, undo single screw; plastic trim then unclips; for non-Bose systems, then unplug the tweeter
*grab handle bolt: remove the plastic cover at the top of the grab handle; this is easily damaged, so you could consider buying new spare replacements; but if you use a very small screwdriver (eg: jeweller's set) you can lever it out; Allen key bolt behind the cover
*that should be all the screws/bolts; the trim is then held in by plastic clips along the vertical edges; lever the trim off the door from the bottom
*top edge of the trim is 'hooked' over the top of the door; so after popping all the clips, swing the bottom edge away from the door slightly and 'lift' the trim off (having window fully down may make it easier
it's quite straight forward. most car doors are like this. so be systematic and careful. as mentioned, the covers over the grab handle Allen key bolt are what are most easily damaged.
