In your case I would do this: If it has warranty, chose any official Alfa dealer and take it there. If it's not a problem resulting from bad care they must solve the problem.
But, if I'm not mistaked, the they have 2 years warranty, at least they have now. Even so, it might be ending, so you have to check it out in your papers.
Alfa gives 2 years warranty here in Portugal, with the possibility of buying more years of warranty for a small price. That's what I'll do in the end of this two years.
