i don't fix the blades but this is the general advice I give out.
For the key with the broken blade, eBay member JEFFASAN can help you. First go to Timpsoms or a similar key cutters and have a new blade cut. I think you need to use a 1987 Tipo blade as they have the same blade pattern, but they will check this for you. Check that the key blade works in your locks first and then send the blade and broken key to JEFFASAN who will shape and fit the new blade into your fob for you. It is quite labour intensive and not easy so expect a charge similar to my repair charge. Still a whole lot cheaper than a new key from Alfa though!
No reason why you couldn't fettle and the fix the blade yourself of course, but some people aren't skilled in that way (or don't have the time).
