Not that I've cleaned the throttle body myself....
but when I changed the chrome inlet pipes on my V6 it ran very badly afterward.
Managed (using this forum) to trace it to an air leak on the rubber tubes that connect the pipes to the throttle body.
The metal clips had over time formed themselves around the pipes and rubber and when the new ones were put in they didn't seal properly. Just enough to make you think it was sealed, yet let unmetered air in.
I wonder if there's a similar leak around the pipes to/from your throttle body?
Used to enjoy cleaning the twin webbers on my 33, this electrickey injection stuff is beyond me.
