Right tyre pressure?

I own a 147 1.6. I have eibach + koni yellow (full soft), gta anti roll bars and 205/55/16. My mechanic suggested 30psi pressure for all 4 tyres. Is this safe or it's low pressure which can cause tyres wear faster?

Re: Right tyre pressure?

Far too low.

Minimum pressure is 2.2Bar (32PSI)
Full load pressure is 2.5Bar (36PSI)

All pressures are COLD, ie before you have started driving.

Re: Right tyre pressure?

I second that and if you have 17 or 18in wheels with 45 or 40 height tyres 2.8 front is adviced 2.4 rear...

Re: Right tyre pressure?

i run the front 16" at 34 & the rears at 32.

I do this coz i drive hard into corners, stops the outside edge from scuffing
