My car is back in Holland! I can collect it tommorow (saturday 30th november) at 16:00.
The have to change one little thing first tommorow. One hose seemed unable to cope with the pressure of the compressor.
So they will install a new one. After that they will wash and clean it for me...
Some things went wrong at Novitec, but it wasn't with my car. 2 guys from my dealer drove to Novitec with my 147 and a Fiat seicento. The seicento was from another client who wanted to have a turbo kit installed. (118bhp in a seicento! fun!
It took 3 days to complete the seicento and another day to programm the computer. My car was ready in two days, but they had to wait for the seicento to be finished.
On the way back something went very wrong with the seicento, the engine blew up completely!
They where an hour underway and they called Novitec to get the seicento back there. Novitec came to collect the broken seicento and drove it back to repair the damage. The client will hear this tommorow and has to wait for a few days more. Also they installed a new frontbumper on the sei, because the original wouldn't fit anymore. The client wasn't informed about this and has to pay extra for this.
The guy who drove my 147 said that the power output is unbelievable and the 147 is scary fast.
I will get the powercurves from novitec, because they did a run on the testbench. The guy said it was more than 70bhp extra!! Can't wait till tomorrow!
The guys at Novitec said that blowing an engine like with the seicento happend more then once. because it is very difficult to get the ignition-timing just right. That is why they switched to compressors.
I will let you know the rest when I get my car tommorow...
