156 jtd standing

Hi Guys

Recently changed jobs and with it came a company car, unfortunately the construction industry has gone flat to say the least!
The original aim was to sadly sell my 156 2.4 jtd but with the job worries i am going to keep it and do the brakes and some maintenance, what is the best way to leave the car if i am not going to drive it for a couple of months?

Does disconnecting the battery for any length have ECU issues and should i leave in gear, chock the wheels and leave handbrake off?
Any advice on this sort of thing would be welcome
