I'm asuming that the brakes on the GT aren't to different from a 147 it relatively simple two big bolts at the rear (17mm I think) to hold the caliper on, and a small torque screw (T25 i think can't remember off the top of my head) to hold the dics in place, not to different from other cars.(unless you have a V6 they are slightly different)
You will need to compress the piston, being carefull not to rip the rubber seal around it to make room for the new pads and would be a good idea to take the lid off the brake fluid resiviour or wrap a rag around it as it may overflow when compressing the pistion oh and some copper grease on the rear if the new pads to help stop any squeeling.
It was a little over a year ago since I done mine so the sizes I have stated might not be accurate but any decent socket and torque set will have what you need.
If there is anything I have missed i'm sure others will be able to fill in any blanks.
