www.mytyres.net...anyone used them?

Has anyone bought tyres off this site?
They deliver them to your home then you go and get them fitted for free at a local fitting centre.
Prices seem pretty good.

Makavelli on this site, recommended them to me.In the end I found a local tyre centre who was not quite as cheap, but was near enough in price for me not to worry about the hassle of having tyres delivered and finding somewhere to fit them.
Also I did wonder if I did have a problem which party would take resposibilty ,the supplier or the fitter?
However the savings are good, and I have heard good reports about their service on the Evo forum.Might be worth posting the question, there?

Used them twice now with quick deliveries both times.
Haven't found anywhere cheaper.

Most places charge between 8-10 to mount, valve & balance a tyre.

I got a price match from my local Kwik Fit, who supplied 2 Goodyear 205/55/16 for my 2.0 veloce TS for just over 100 inc VAT and fitting. They didnt even want to know where I got my lower quote from! May be worth a try?

Call a couple of tyre fitters in your area and get them to quote for supplying the tyres, valves, balance, disposal etc. They fall over each other to give you a good price because in the main, they get them all from a local broker.

I'm having two tyres fitted for my V6 on Monday that works out cheaper than mytres.net can supply at. And you don't get your car dirty carrying them, and you don't have to pay for disposal etc.etc.
