147 Hatch Open Warning Message
Hi, hope I'm not double posting but couldn't find anything through searching.
Recently picked up my 159 so looking to sell my 147. Whilst cleaning the 147 up, I noticed a bubble in the paintwork at the bottom of the drivers door. This relates to a bump I had whilst stationery in traffic and a learner driver careered over the road and hit me.
The repair came with a 3 year guarantee so the car has been back in to have this rectified. The problem is that when the car was repaired in the first instance, it was returned with a 'Hatch Open' message on the display, then shortly after, the windows started moving of their own accord, the central locking continually tried to lock, even whilst driving and the boot release mechanism was continually active. The car was under warranty at the time so I managed to get the 'Electronic Control Unit' replaced. Upon collecting the car today for the original repair to be rectified, the car is again showing the 'Hatch Open' message but has not yet developed the additional faults like last time.
Is this just conicidence or are the repairers doing something they shouldn't be?
