Blaupunkt radio code - please

Hi,

The usual problem. Dead battery replaced and lost code card. Doh.

BP nr 7 640 378 316
BP0 378 225 827 08

Tried to download the exe suggested elsewhere but its coming up as a trojan!

Thanks for your help.

Oh - one other question - noticed a random cable that doesn't seem to terminate anywhere. Looks like an Ariel connection. There's an L shaped plug going into the back of the stereo. This lead is attached to that with a zip tie. Ideas as to where it should go? With code will know if it's a problem or a random wire.

Thanks Tolonegro

Hi Tolonegro,

Thank you for the code. In it went and on went the radio. Perfect. No idea what the cable was for as it seems to work fine without. Expect it's a spare on the wiring loom to cater for different stereo.

Sound again! Hurrah.

Hi audiotech, I have it on good authority that if I ask here, my lovely red GT can have a working radio again. The numbers I can see on it are....BP - Nr 7 643 301 316....Fiat-Nr.156 053 469
and there's one stamped on the body BP 330 158350662. Hope this is enough detail. Many thanks

If the display continually shows "WAIT" then the unit may be codelocked and will need to be left switched on up for up to two hours or more to reset before another code entry attempt is possible
