Hi, can anyone help me. I have a blaupunkt for alfa 156. I got the code however it doesn't work. Could it have been recoded.

The model is Alfa 156CD, BP533173442206 and code no 1122. From the retailer I got the secure code 3535, however it just appears with wait when inputted in ----. Don't get it.

Best regards,
Mikael

the code for that serial is 1122
If the unit is codelocked it will need to be left switched on up for up to two hours to reset before another code entry attempt is possible.

please can you check what number it stamped in to the metal casing on the back top side or bottom of the radio

Hi again, Thanks for the swift reply. I haven't got the equipment for getting the radio out of the setting, but I will give it a try. What should I make of the 1122 is that the unlock code. I think it is code locked (it says wait), so I will leave turned on. What is the other code (3535) used for? Thanks again for your help. Best regards, Mikael

sorry for your alpine it's Main Dealer or a Decode Service who will plug it into a laptop and electronically read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM) only

Thanks but looks a bit complicated for my skills and that's just to find the serial number to then try to find the code.....

Might be easier and safer to pay at a main dealer if it is quick and cheap.

Thanks
