On the Aussie 156s the two side badges are about 3-4 inches (uh-oh! 7cm - 10cm) below the side signal repeaters and are lined up vertically with the rearmost part of the lamp. So, if you draw a line parallel to the shutline of the front door that passes through the signal repeater, the badge goes on that line about that distance below the lamp.

For the 147, I had the badges put a bit lower on the sides simply because there are the panel creases to take into consideration, and I aimed to produce a visual balance below the sculpted creases with the signal repeaters above them. It's probably going to take a few minutes' trial and error with some tape before you get it looking perfect. Worth it, though.
