Sebring exhaust... take it or leave it?

Yesterday somethin' happened with me; in the morning I woke up with an single idea in my had: tuning!

near my house I have an tuning shop, C&C tuning, so the first thing...

I don't want to make a big change to my car (it's lovely enough...)but I wanted to change 2 things:
a)the gear knob (changed with a momo 3 weeks ago)
b) the exhaust

I don't know what you thing about the normal exhaust, but I hate it! So, I found an special final exhaust, Sebring full inox, special for 147...
what should I do? take it or leave it like that? will this change much to my car?
I'm a new father (she is 2 weeks old) and I'm afraid that the sound of the new exhaust can affect the baby... is it like that?

if u can't love your alfa,
you can't love anything...

you know me, i'm all for exhausts... vroom vrooom!!!

But not sure about having one with a baby!? I know if i had a baby, i'd prolly have to take mine off and put the old one back on.... its a bit too loud at the back!!

But i do remmember someone saying the sebring didnt make much of a difference to sound/performance!

Spining. I wish you were here in Australia. I would sell you my Sebring Exhaust cheap (I paid $800!). It LOOKS fantastic! So chunky, meaty! But it doesn't sounds much different from the normal exhaust at all. Just lower, but really nothing worth shouting about. I want a VROOM VROOM noise!

Picture of it here:

Congratulations on your new girl.

You'll probably find that the extra noise from the exhaust will send her to sleep.

My 2 boys (1 and 2 years old) always fall asleep in the car and I don't drive extra slow so as not to wake them up.
