It was a red one and it was in a traffic jam. First thing I noticed were the wheels (the non spoked variety), they looked fantastic. The whole car looked somehow different a standard 156. Probably the body kit and the height.
I was actaully much more taken with it in the flesh than in the pics. Looked much more restrained than I thought. I pity the poor BMW driver who also thinks it's "restrained" wink
I saw one a couple of weeks ago on the highway. I thought of one thing when I saw it: Carcharodon carcharias........the Great White Shark! Damn it looked mean, nasty, sophisticated and at te same time cultivated...... I'd love a 156 GTA....really I do! If only.......
Yeh, they have a presence. I actually held up the traffic looking at it. Almost got out of my car and shouted at the motorists "Look you philistines, we are in the presence of an automotive masterpiece". But then I didn't
As I was in Spain I hoped to see a GTA too, I didn't... And the fact that it looks "restrained" is part of the fun, before you know it, it'll be ahead of you, proving that it's not just a body kit, but a GTA, with the badge to match . Undercover racers are soooo nice indeed.
I fully understand Jinxy but, but that car is a piece of work wink
As the car costs €63,000 in Finland I'm going to ask how much they will flog a demo for in a month or so. Going to the garage to have a look tomorrow. I was seriously taken with the stealthiness of the GTA.
