I always get a free courtesy car, and they deliver it to my work and collect my car, but I always use the agent I bought it off. Usually comes with only just enough petrol though to get to the petrol station. They initially told me I would have to pay for it, but I said did they really want my business and they relented. Usually a Fiat Pallio or Nissan Sentra - both crap, but last time I had the 2.5 v6 sportswagen. Lots of oomph but nowhere near as nicely laid out as my 147 selespeed. Six speed gearbox is nice but hard work after city mode selespeed.
This is great but... at 20,00km between service it should not be a big thing to have to pay a nominal amount. If it is to fix a fault (I have had many!) then you should not have to pay.
