Man, that's why people buy VW's and I cannot blame them. Had a Seat for 160k km in 3 years without any problems!</strong><hr /></blockquote><font size="1" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I had the power steering pump changed at first week (i had to call for help on my first trip!), removed dashboard to be repaired, door creaks, cancheck error msgs, warning lights on for no reason, tailgate remote unlock not working (fixed by its own!), air con working while the switch was at OFF position(!!!) and many others i cant remember right now.
Now my engine's valves are noisy at startup and i only have done 15.000 kms. (Whats next, get a piston in my armpit ?? )
First thing to do after the last lawn payment (in a year) is to sell that pain in the as.s (which i loved so much though) and get a Peugeot 206 Gti - 180Hp.
My previous Pug 106 had its first problem at 95.000kms. I m so sorry i defected from my beloved Peugeot.
Or maybe i ll consider a Huyndai Coupe if they come up with a strong engine.
Then i will look at AR drivers and feel respect for their situation cause i ve been there.
AR gave me much pleasure but AR personel(designers, salesmen, engineers) made me lose my dignity. Thats unforgivable.
