So has the juddering come on as the throttle reset beds in? If not, try the reset again and make sure after following the usual procedure you take it for a good thrash. Only after quite a few miles with the throttle remap be fully adapted.
An easier check is to try unplugging the MAF and see what difference it makes to the engine (this will cause the injector light to come on normally, not that you'll notice!).
The ECU will go into pre-programmed mixture control "map" rather than relying on input from the MAF to judge airflow in, so performance should be a bit reduced from normal but if the MAF is dodgy and causing the stuttering revving, that should disappear.
If still the same, then you've ruled out the MAF, and if another reset doesn't help, suggest you get the codes read.
