156 2001 1600cc cam blocks

Hi Guys
After reading some of your posts im going to tackle a timing belt change on my 156, can you help me with a few of these questions
Does the laser cam blocks no 3629 comply with the 2001 1.6 model,as it says only up to 1996,or is there another set i have to use,as i believe there are 2 types of cam locks for the differant years ? on that one.

can some one point me in the right direction, run through the fitting, or link me to a guide cant seem to find one for a 1600cc 156,as i believe the 1800cc and 2000cc are differant ?, its the slackening of the pulleys on the cams that is throwing me,
Im i right in saying turn the crank to tdc on no1 cyl
lock the cams
why do i need to slacken and turn the inlet and exhaust pulleys ,just unsure about this bit
