Being 192 cm. myself, and picking up my new Sportwagon 2,0 JTS Selespeed
on thursday, I'm a bit nervous about this as well. The dealer in Norway mentioned that for Xtra Long customers like us, they sometimes put some spacers underneath the front seatframe fastenings, to tilt the whole seat backwards. This is suposed to give both a lower ride feel and more thigh support (If your thighs aren't resting on the seat cushion all the way, you'll get tired.)
Having ordered the car from Denmark, I'll try it out with original seating up through Sweden on Friday
, but I'm seriously considering having the norwegian dealer do this modification on my seat if my experience is like yours.
(While test driving for a weekend, my experience was that it was better to rise the seat a little bit, and get full suport from the cushion, than to chose the lowest rideoption that I normally would.)
