After some stern talking today to WHA I've managed to get the work approved.

They will only pay up to their 'nationally approved hourly labour rate' So I'm going to have to contribute.
This is 25 per hour - I'd like to know how many garages they know of that only charge that sort of money!?
Alfa dealer in Chelmsford charges 67 / Hr.

Strikes me they (WHA) are a bit of a mickey mouse company!
