Nerd attack

Since buying my 166 i have noticed that the driver side washer nozzle gives out four water jets, the passenger side two. Is this right or have i got blocked jets. Also what area of the windscreen should the jets hit when the car is stationary.

It should be hitting the side window and rear view mirror of the car next to my washers!!!

Should be 4 jets on each side. Adjusting is a complete waste of time, as they have a mind of their own.

I had the same problem with my 156, basically they are blocked or badly adjusted. The dealer cleared mine with a air hose and they where good for a few weeks, before going wrong again. There is an adjustment screw on the side of the jet which seems to help mine but generally they are not very good.

Sitting behind a computer at 0:30 to read about cars in forum sites, and posting while one should be actually sleeping, like most people do, qualifies for me...

That's why I do this at work, not to lose my sleep time with the forum. At home I have PLENTY of other things that take care of that.

After finishing work, wash and wax the car(it is summer?)kicking the cat chasing the dog, and working on my 3 year restoration on my lancia delta. Letting the wife watch all the t.v soaps and the kids (14 girl,18 boy)eat and come and go, whats better then when the house is peacefull to relax in the company of other alfa owners around the world.

P.S still got a lancia 16v turbo for spares, know any body that needs any parts?
