Anyone done it? I need to get to the central locking interface and want to know if it is a straightforward proceedure?

BTW I'm going to try to fit a central locking remote control.

Siro, I'm new to this forum and I've read your posting. I've tried to fit in a remote control unit to the central locking. Removing the glove compartment is fairly simple. Remove the small square sliders which are around the half round stoppers at the sides, then you can open the cover a bit further. Then remove 7 screws and slide out the compartment. When you try to install a cable with two connectors and a relais you wil either be lucky or - if your car is les than three years old - you will find out the connectors have been changed. Good luck.
