Help with installing carbon intake

So I'm finally going to order the AD Carbon Intake for my 156 1.6. But I want to fit it myself, as I know my dealer will complain about warranty.

I had a quick look last night at my 156 manual. And to remove the filter it says there are 3 steps. Is this correct ? Anyone done it ?
I'm a complete novice at this sort of thing, so I don't want to risk screwing things up.

1. Take off the relay cover, loosen the screws around the relay bracket and move the bracket to one side.

2. Now with access to the air pipe, loosen the screws on either end and remove.

3. Loosen the screws around the aircleaner surround and remove the aircleaner.

Be very careful with the MAF (air sensor)!!!
Itís easy to damage; do not touch wires inside the MAF!
The rest itís only the work of taking off the air pipes.

I took the bottom end of the intake off to fit a new air filter and managed to do this without taking the relay cover off (and bracket).
Its a bit tight, but with a bit of wiggling you can get it off.

BTW I'm a complete novice at this sort of thing aswell. (I managed to knock off the headlamp adjust wire when changing the bulbs and was driving round with a "super" dipped drivers side light for months!!)
