Embarrassing or what!

Was running a few errands around my local town in the pouring rain, giving my jtd a good thrash where possible, when suddenly it dies and I pulled in out of the way. So out into the rain with all the 5 o'clock traffic going past and bonnet up. Fortunately soon found the fault and was confirmed by all the diesal pouring down the drain in the rain!
A pipe had released itself off the top of the diesal pump, one of these stupid clip types , alright and easy enough to clip..............sometimes,but not always reusable it seems as the garage was the last to clip it albeit a while ago now.
Anyway a knock on someones door and a long nose pair of pliers sorted it and I quickly put the bonnet down.

Embarrassed I was!
