I've been pretty impressed with the 147's climate control, I leave it on all the time at 19C.
The main problem is the outside temperature sensor - it's the little blob that sticks out underneath the right side mirror. If it catches the sun then the CC thinks it's much hotter than it really is and goes berserk trying to cool the interior. On the other hand, if the sensor gets wet in a shower on a hot day it reads much cooler than it should and the heating comes on!
It must be possible to relocate the sensor somewhere out of the sun and always dry.
Must also admit that this time of year I'm usually out on the bike rather than in the Alfa, despite it being loose chipping season.
