HELP: Twin Spark plugs

I have checked the spark plugs of my 156 1.6TS and I have noticed something strange.
In each cylinder you have 2 kinds of plugs, a big one and a small one.
Each cylinder as an ignition coil. In the first and second cylinder (from left to right), I have a big plug under the ignition coil, but in the third and fourth cylinder, I have a small one.
So if I look from left to right I have:
big-small big-small big-small big-small.
I think it is not normal, because it would be logical to have a big plug under each ignition coil and a small one besides so I must have:
big-small big-small small-big small-big.

What do you think about that ?
What is the good configuration ?

Uh, isn't that why it's called a Twin Spark engine?

As shown on your picture, I suppose the big spark plug is installed under the big ignition coil (black on the picture).
On my car, for the cylinder 3 and 4, I have a small plug in the big ignition coil. I think it is not normal ?
