Didn't know about the 10bhp one Johnny, but it does sound a lot? If I keep the 147 (and I want to), I'm going for Stage 2 cam + remap (22bhp), carbon intake (4bhp) + stainless steel exhaust (+ 5%). If you do the maths (and I have), total bhp is 185 (almost exactly 147 bhp per ton, 147, get it!?!), but most importantly, is a lot more driveable. Also putting on the sports springs, 40mm lower, but I've got to check this, because I still have to tow my caravan. Front cross drilled brake discs and braided pipe kit. Not having a front anti roll bar cos the fitting is to expensive.
Got to finish moving house first, within the next two weeks, get the new kitchen and bathroom and then make a decision - Alfa or 4X4. Problem is, where i am moving in the Yorkshire Dales, it's like bloody Switzerland and I have to get up and down about 1 mile of 1:4 hill each day. I doubt whether the Alfa is going to get up with the van, man! No, the van has to stay. It provides family holidays and weekends away year round!
