The saga with the non-uk CD's is a major one.
The UK CD comes with a rudimentary coverage of major routes only in Europe. Not as good as your basic atlas.
If you want additional satnav copies you either a)buy them or b) get your dealer to give/copy one of the Italian sat nav cd's that accidentally turn up in cars now and again they squirrel away for themselves. These cover Italy/Austria/switzerland so I am told.
France, Germany, Spain and benelux are on seperate ones, but the French ones cover Belgium and Luxembourg as do the Germans with denmark/holland and the Spanish cover Portugal. Well thas what the dealer told me so it could all be ******** at the end of the day.
Each one is about £35 apparently. Frankly I'd rather use a map or my other half will become totally redundant except as 10 stone in the passenger seat. SatNav is fine when you are on your own, but when someone else is reading the map upside down its more fun.
