Crazed Coil packs tested (i think)

ok i tested the coil packs on my 2ltr jts today and got reading of 104.1 to 106.3 oms across the four packs, now i could only get readings from pins 1 and four so that's why i'm not sure weather i have even tested them correctly. However if i have done it right i think these readings are ok 2.2oms between the best and worse pack..

I also had a bit of a problem last night MCSF whilst pulling out of a busy junction accelerated hard and the hole car lunged and lost power, it would then not rev above 3000rpm i got a few miles up the road pulled over and restarted the car power was back but MCSF was still there the warning light has since gone out.

Is this likely to point to the MAF?

Thanks comments appreciated
