it is all fairly straight forward, you'll be glad to hear.
*screws along bottom edges
*screws behind speaker grills: need to remove grills and speakers
*plastic 'cup' trims around inside chrome door handles: screws for each behind a small clip-in cap
*door mirror triangular sail panels: unclip
*grab handles/switch pads: remove rubber inserts at bottom to access bolts; WIND WINDOWS DOWN FIRST before removing, to make removing the door cards easier
*2 larger bolts secure the inside of the grab handle to the metal door
*that should be all the bolts/screws, from memory; then it's just plastic clips behind the vertical edges; pull firmly from around the edges and they will unclip, then 'hinge' the cards forwards off the door and 'unhook' from top edge along window
*4 large Allen key bolts: and that's it!
*'wind' the seatbacks right forwards, which makes it a bit easier to remove through the door
*lower squab first: 2 large Allen key bolts along lower edge
*seatback: 2 large Allen key bolts along lower edge; remove head rests
*jiggle seatback upwards to 'unhook' from metal upright panels
*first remove plastic door sill trims, front and rear (requires rear seat squab removed first); front trims have one screw in the kickpanel area; rear trims have screw or clip under the rear seat squab; heavy duty clips hold the bottom of the trims in place
*release rubber door seals around the centre B-pillar trim
*then trim simply pulls off, with one or two clips behind holding it in place
the car may have attendant side airbag wiring plugs in place. check with your alfa dealer whether they are compatible for plug-and-play. will need battery disconnected before attempting connection!
