At present there appears to be no way to view these free manuals unless you have a degree in IT. Can you please explain in normal english?
Jeeeezus H. Christ on a titanium pogo stick! Have to say I've just about had enough of this rar file caper. I downloaded the 156 manual from the links above and there's neither hide nor hair of an iso file. That was two days ago and I've trawled God knows how many geek sites trying to extract anything useful out the chuffing thing.
I've downloaded 3 different extractors, a couple of virtual CDdrives (?) to 'mount' (?) them in; listened to stuff about install this, cloak this, burn the rar.file to disc, extract it and then burn it (?), reboot that, reset your pigging system clock, add the number you first thought of... and on and on it goes and none of it has yet produced a single page of usable information
All I wanted to do was find the location of the hand brake cable adjusters at the lever position...!!
This rar file I've got clogging my drive is 275Mb when opened in Winrar it shows 4 files in this order:
Reparaturanleitung Alfa 156.ccd - size = 772bytes
Reparaturanleitung Alfa 156.cue - size = 91bytes
Reparaturanleitung Alfa 156.img - size = 663,579kb
Reparaturanleitung Alfa 156.sub - size = 27,084kb ...(unpacked sizes)
pffft! Remind me again what was the point of rar files exactly? So they take a few minutes less to download but this is nullified completely by the hours of life wasted trying to decode the damned things. Anybody got any idea what to do with these four files?
or know where there's a pic or exploded diag of the handbrake components/locations?
