crank pulley nut... which way????

im trying to undo my crank pulley but i cant undo the main nut that holds it on...

i dont want to force it too hard if im turning it the wrong way.... as the engine rotates clock wise i thought maybe the nut is a reverse thread

so which way do i need to turn it????

Twin-sparks are left-hand thread....

Just looked on Elearn and it appears that the diesels are left-hand thread, too
