Its not the easiest of jobs with the front wheels and arch liners on, but basically you'll need to remove the front 3 sections of the grille which will expose 4 torx bolts, 2 either side of the release leaver.
Then there's an additional 3 torx bolts on the underside of the bumper at the front (use plenty of penetrating fluid), and finally here's two further torx bolts on either side of the top of the bumper, accessible from the wheel arch liners on either side.
There's what looks like an additional 10 mm bolt at the front of each side but that is the guide pin to hold the sides of the bumpers on when marrying back up, so that doesn't need removing.
Fog lights disconnect from one connector on the right hand side underneath the front and the only other thing to disconnect is the headlamp washer feed line (if they are fitted).
