147 lack of stability cornering in wet
I'm driving a 2001 Alfa147 withy 95k miles on the clock.
I've recenetly just passed the NCT (Irish version of MOT).
Since then, however I've noticed that the car is very unstable when coming off a roundabout, but only when road is wet.
It happens as I steer left to take roundabout exit. The speed I'm going has been as low as 25mph.
What it feels like is that the tyres (all fairly new and pressure okay) are been driven on their sides.
I've noticed that type of feeling on of left front twice and latest, left rear once.
The car judders when I straighten out, as if the tyre is back as it should be???
Anyone know what might be the problem???
Could it be front & rear bushings being worn alot (maybe made worse during recent inspection), anti-roll bar wear, or soething else?
