Is the car having any trouble starting? Is it taking a few attempts to fire her up when warm?
I suspect not on both cases as you haven't mentioned it.
But those codes are saying.. #3 coil pack faulty and cam position sensor faulty.
With those faults Iwould expect you to have lost considerable power under 3000 rpm and quite often get the feeling that the car is misfiring.
From here I would change the #3 coil pack and clear all the fault codes, drive the car about a bit andthen read the codes again, after that I think the other codes 11xx will not show up, it's common for a coil pack to drag down the cam sensors readings as the phase is slightly out with the randomness of the misfires. If they are still there though, it's time for a cambelt change as it's hidden behind the pulley and that's the only way in.
