Help Grinding sound

Recently purchased a 2001 147, 1586cc four door hatch.
Has a grinding sound at low speed when turning to the right. Sounds similar to a dry ball joint.
Has anyone ever had this and if so, what was needed to correct.

Re: Grinding sound

Possibly the front right wheel bearing. Unless there was a distinct knocking with it then I'd say CV joint.
