the centrebore is the size of the hole in the middle of the wheel. obviously if it is too small it wont fit over the lip on your hub.
however you can get it machined out to the correct size.
if it is too big you can fit them, but its more difficult because you need to hold them in position while you get the bolts in. to cure that you can buy spigot rings, which push in the hole to make it the perfect size for your car.
your alfa has a centrebore of 58.1mm so you definatley wont be able to fit those alloys unless you have the hole bored out to 58.1mm. this usually costs £50 for a set of 4 wheels.
you will need to use wobbly bolts on all 5, so if you get locking botls they must be locking wobbly bolts.
